About this program

This section provides some interactive instructions showing you how to move through the program. The program allows you to access screens of information and graphics using either a keyboard or a pointing device, such as a mouse or a trackball. You move from screen to screen using hyperlinks.

Each section will ask you to perform certain actions. Please try each at least once. Knowing how to move through the program allows you to obtain information and answer questions as quickly and as effortlessly as possible.

Move you cursor to the Continue link using your mouse or the tab key. Now press the left mouse button ot the Enter key to begin the tutorial.
